PITTSTON TWP. — A man from West Pittston was arraigned Thursday on allegations he solicited who he believed was a 15-year-old girl to live with him in exchange for free methamphetamine for sex.

Christopher A. Grabosky, 49, of Delaware Avenue, exchanged a series of online messages with the purported teenage girl who is identified in court records as an adult witness.

The witness contacted police when the witness confronted Grabosky at a motel on state Route 315 in Pittston Township on May 29, court records say.

After being confronted by the witness, court records say, Grabosky voluntarily gave the witness his cellular phone, which was seized by police.
