Central Arkansas ice cream dream team Loblolly Creamery has collaborated with downtown Mediterranean restaurant Maryam’s Grill on two ice cream flavors to honor Maryam’s owners’ Palestinian heritage. Proceeds will go to the nonprofit World Central Kitchen to help feed children in Gaza.
Maryam’s, located on the ground floor of the Catlett-Prien Tower office building (323 Center St.), is co-owned by spouses Ebrahim Abunasrah and Hadeel Abuelhaja.
