NORTHUMBERLAND — Communities are formed when people spend time together, so concerned community members created an event that gives citizens a chance to eat, play and listen to music, all in the downtown area.

The Norry Block Party takes place on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. in the 200 Block of Front Street.
