PITTSBURGH (WKBN) -- The Pittsburgh Steelers signed safety Chuck Clark and offensive guard Max Scharping and placed quarterback Will Howard and cornerback Donte Kent on the Reserve/Injured List on Thursday.
Clark is entering his ninth season in the NFL. He signed with the Steelers during training camp after spending his first six seasons with the Baltimore Ravens and the last two with the New York Jets.
He has appeared in 108 career games and has recorded 429 tackles, nine tackles for a loss and five interceptions, including one returned for a touchdown. He also has 34 passes defensed, six forced fumbles and five fumble recoveries.
Scharping was originally signed to a one-year contract in the offseason, after he originally joined the team during the 2024 season and appeared in two games
