LANCASTER CITY, Pa. (WHTM)-- A boil water advisory has been issued for some residents in Lancaster City after a water main break.

According to the City of Lancaster on Facebook, 425, 429, 433, 437, and 441 Prescot Street are under a boil water advisory as of August 28, at 11 a.m.

Nearby residents who do not live at one of these addresses do not need to boil their water, per the city.

Impacted residents should boil water before drinking, cooking, or brushing their teeth.
