Vintage Bourbon Pecan Pie - Preparing for comfort season
Ingredients: • 1 cup packed Brown Sugar • 1/3 cup Butter (melted) • ¾ Light Corn Syrup • ½ tsp Salt • 3 large Eggs • 1 ½ cups of roughly chopped pecans • 1 shot Bourbon OR 3 tablespoons of Vanilla Extract • 2 Pie Crusts of your choice • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit • Bake for 25 minutes
Yields two 9-inch pies
