RANDOLPH COUNTY, Mo - A Moberly woman in a car reported stolen slammed into a Randolph County patrol car Tuesday night.
28-year-old Jaynee Collins has been jailed for aggravated fleeing since her release from a Columbia hospital for serious injuries. According to the probable cause statement the deputy was uninjured.
A Randolph County Deputy located Collins driving the stolen vehicle erratically through Moberly. After a short pursuit with Collins running a stop light and nearly crashing several times, the deputy ended the pursuit. A short time later, she collided with another patrol car.
Collins has a prior criminal history of substance abuse and motor vehicle tampering. Arraignment is 1:30 this afternoon.
