CHILLICOTHE, Mo - The Lillian DesMarias Youth Library in Chillicothe will be holding a scratch art program on Monday, September 8th.

The program will begin at 5 pm and is for kids ages 8-to-11. Scratch art is a fun and creative process where artists use a sharp tool to scratch away a surface layer to reveal a contrasting color underneath. This allows for the creation of intricate designs and a vibrant contrast for the artwork.
