The president of the Chamber of Commerce Brantford-Brant and three directors have resigned.
President John Oddi and directors Elizabeth Lorenzin, Julie Henwood and Jennifer Stebbing submitted their resignation letter to the chamber on Aug. 25. Their resignation took effect immediately.
“As members of this organization, our primary duty has always been to act in the best interests of our members,” the resignation letter said. “This means ensuring the integrity, sustainability, and financial viability of the Chamber.
“After careful consideration, we have concluded that we have a fundamental disagreement with the current board regarding the direction of the organization.”
