MEMPHIS, Tenn. - A panel of judges ruled that two gun control laws in Tennessee are unconstitutional.

One law was about the types of weapons people can carry in public parks; the other law lets police who see someone with a gun stop them and ask them why they're carrying it.

Second Amendment advocates call the ruling a win, but gun control supporters aren't happy about the decision.

"It's a bad day for the state of Tennessee. A bad day to allow people to carry weapons anywhere like this in a park," said Rev. Reginald Tucker of Orange Mound Outreach Ministries.
