MISHAWAKA, Ind. (WNDU) - A major construction project on a busy road in Mishawaka has reached completion.
The southbound lanes of the Main Street Bridge over the Indiana Toll Road have reopened.
The bridge has been partially closed in at least one direction since April .
Work started in the northbound lanes then shifted to the southbound lanes in June.
Officials originally estimated that the project wouldn’t be completed until mid-October.
