Persian cuisine restaurant Noôsh is slated to open in West Nashville in late September.

According to a release, Naz Kiani will own and operate the business, to be located at 21 White Bridge Road . The retail building to house Noôsh also accommodates burger and fries eatery Five Guys and Half Price Books, among other businesses.
The name Noôsh means “to sip tastefully” and is derived from the phrase Nooshe Jaan (the equivalent of “bon appétit”).
The Noôsh menu will featuring traditional Persian dishes such as mirza ghasemi, kashk o bademjoon, dolmeh and falafel. In addition, rice dishes, soups and a kabobs will be available, as will be vegan options.
The restaurant will also offer catering and may be booked for private parties.
