Kitchener Rangers games will have a new home online.
FloSports, which is based in Texas but has an office in Waterloo, signed a seven-year deal to stream Ontario Hockey League regular season and post-season games earlier this week.
The deal also sees its offshoot FloHockey get the streaming rights to other events such as the Connor McDavid OHL Top Prospects Game while also producing original content and social media content to promote the league and its athletes.
This replaces CHL TV and does not affect the local broadcasts of Rangers games, which will still be shown on Rogers TV.
FloSports is no stranger to the streaming world, producing more than 50,000 live events in 25 sports annually.
