BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- The Kern Secret Witness is offering a $5,000 reward for information on leading to the arrest and filing of a complaint against a suspect involved in a 2019 homicide.

The homicide was reported in the 2300 block of Camellia Street on Aug. 27, 2019. The shooting left Miguel Ibarra Lopez, 37, dead at the scene.
