A London man faces a slew of charges, including weapons charges, after police say they located a stolen motorcycle in the city’s east.
Officers patrolling in the area of Salisbury Street and Mornington Avenue on Wednesday shortly before 4:50 a.m. spotted a man pushing a motorcycle into a parking lot, London police said.
The man parked the motorcycle and retrieved a black duffle bag from a nearby building and, when he returned to the motorbike, was joined by two other men.
When officers approached the three men, two of them fled on foot while one man stayed with the motorcycle, police said.
Officers noticed the motorcycle’s ignition had been damaged and learned the motorbike had been stolen.
