MOLINE, Ill. (KWQC) - Police are searching for two men who they say stole chainsaws from a Moline Farm & Fleet.
According to Crime Stoppers of the Quad Cities, at 4:30 p.m. on June 20 a man in an orange bandana put an Echo brand 12-inch chainsaw valued at $550 into his cart.
The man bought a couple smaller items at self check-out and then left the store without paying for the chainsaw, officials said.
Officials said another man, wearing a baseball cap, put an Echo Timberwolf branch 20-inch chainsaw valued at $450 into his cart and left without paying for it.
Both men left the area in a lighter colored SUV, officials said.
