GALESBURG, Ill. (KWQC) - Police say a man who was shot Thursday walked into a Galesburg hospital.

Gunshots were reported to police in the 300 block of Lombard Street at 2:24 p.m. Thursday.

Police later learned a gunshot victim walked into the Galesburg hospital, and later taken to St. Francis in Peoria. His injury isn’t life-threatening.

Police say early information shows the victim was shot in the 1100 block of E. Berrien Street.

They also say it was an isolated incident.
