Delaware Gov. Matt Meyer dusted off the veto stamp for a bill that would have limited how counties can control where weed stores can open.

Senate Bill 75 was passed by the House and Senate earlier this year. It limited just how much a county can legally limit where and how recreational marijuana stores can open. It was drafted in response to restrictive zoning laws that choke out new recreational marijuana retail locations in Sussex County by using 3-mile buffers around schools, churches, other marijuana retail stores and more.
