SACRAMENTO, Calif. —

SacAnime is returning to the Capitol City this weekend to celebrate 20 years of the convention.

Local artists and pop culture icons alike will gather at the Safe Credit Union Convention Center from Aug. 29 -31.

KCRA 3 was joined by convention organizers and a local artist named Alan Plummer on Thursday morning to talk about what attendees can expect.
