Each time OSU and OU made a first down at home games in the 2024 college football season, Oklahoma Women in Technology benefited. As part of its “First Down” initiative, Paycom donated $25,000 to the organization.

The donation will support leadership training, free programming and scholarship programs for women in tech or STEM -related fields.
