CUMBERLAND – The Planning Board is again scheduled to take up preliminary plan consideration for Haley’s Commons, a 10-unit condo development at 75 Manville Hill Road on the property previously containing The Garage restaurant and bar.
The matter was continued from a July 31 meeting where attorney Michael Resnick, representing applicant Haley’s LLC, gave positive updates but said he preferred not to present revised plans without his “prime expert,” Edward Pimentel, available that evening.
Resnick shared at that meeting that they had worked with an abutting neighbor who opposed the project to make accommodations that would make him happy, and that the neighbor had withdrawn his opposition.
