(FOX40.COM) — On Thursday, the Elk Grove Police Department arrested the suspect in a gas station shooting from earlier this week on Promenade Parkway.

Around 7:45 p.m. on Wednesday, officers responded to a report of a shooting at a Chevron and found a man on the ground near the gas pumps with gunshot wounds, EGPD said. Authorities reported that an investigation revealed the dispute began as an argument, until both the suspect and the victim exchanged gunfire.
