LAS VEGAS ( FOX5 ) — Cell phone video shows at least eight officers outside a Las Vegas Valley home to seize ducks and chickens amid allegations of zoning violations.

Earlier this week, video shows officers with Clark County Code Enforcement, Animal Control and Las Vegas Metropolitan Police outside a doorstep of a home: homeowner “Iveta” showed us a signed warrant allowing officers to come into the home and seize animals.

“They were frightened when ten officers came in, they started jumping, screaming. They were in huge distress,” Iveta said, describing the situation when the officers rounded up the birds around the property.

“They are pets and were kept as pets,” she said, telling FOX5 she is working to take them from the Animal Foundation and bring them to a relative’s home instead.
