MEMPHIS, Tenn. - FedEx Supply Chain will lay off more than 600 Memphis employees, according to documents filed with the State of Tennessee.

FedEx Supply Chain filed a WARN Notice on Wednesday, informing the State of Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development of permanent layoffs at the facility on Quest Way.

Those layoffs will go into effect on October 11, affecting 611 workers, the WARN Notice states.
