LABOR DAY WEEKEND: Temperatures will stay pleasant with dry conditions through the weekend. Highs will stay around the mid 80s with mostly sunny skies. A few passing rain showers cannot be ruled out on Monday afternoon.

RAIN CHANCES RETURN: Rain chances increase for Tuesday with temperatures decreasing. Highs will stay around 80 degrees through midweek and could even drop to the upper 70s for Thursday. Rain chances continue through midweek.
