Melissa Hindman has been named the 2025 Young Professional of the Year.

The Brockville and District Chamber of Commerce announced the award on Friday, in the lead-up to its annual Awards of Excellence gala next month.

Chamber officials cited Hindman’s dedication in both her professional and volunteer careers.

“A passionate advocate for positive change, Melissa has long demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the betterment of Brockville and its surrounding areas through both her career and extensive volunteer efforts,” they said. “Melissa brings a unique combination of reliability, respect, and motivation to every role she takes on.
