Hamilton Accies have had a wind-up order placed on the club.
A notice has appeared in Edinburgh Gazette, a public notices record, dated August 4, that an order had been placed at Airdrie Sheriff Court under the insolvency act to wind up Hamilton Academical Football Club.
It has come from Total Energies Gas and Power Limited, presumably a creditor, and the club have eight days from today to show why the order should not be granted.
Dated today, and headed In the Sheriffdom of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway, the notice states:
