KEYSER, W.Va. (WV News) - A former Mineral County driver education teacher, coach and athletic director has been criminally charged with five felony accounts in two counties relating to the filming, exhibiting, and distribution of sexually explicit material involving minors.
According to Mineral County Magistrate Court records, Travis Scott Liller, 34, was charged Monday, Aug. 25, with three counts of distributing or exhibiting material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
The charges relate to an incident date on or about March 18, 2025.
Appearing before Magistrate Charles Gulbronson, he posted a $10,000 bond and was released later that day.
