MANCHESTER, N.H. —
A convicted murderer accused of kidnapping a Massachusetts teenager was arrested Thursday in Manchester, New Hampshire, according to law enforcement officials.
Christopher Rodriguez, 40, faces charges including kidnapping a juvenile, endangering the welfare of a child, hindering apprehension or prosecution and obstructing government administration. Latest Forecast

According to officials, Rodriguez was arrested Thursday afternoon on Route 28 near Wellington Road.
The teenager is from North Andover, Massachusetts. Officials say Rodriguez lured the teen as part of the kidnapping.
