A 52-year-old woman was found guilty this week of setting fire to a travel trailer in Killeen in 2024.

Tonya Gale Cudd of Killeen was indicted on Jan. 8, on a second-degree felony charge of arson. She pleaded guilty on July 18, according to Bell County court records. During a hearing on Wednesday in the 264th Judicial District Court, Judge Paul LePak found Cudd guilty and sentenced her to 10 years of regular probation. As a condition, she also will have to complete in-custody treatment at an intermediate sanction facility, which are operated by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.

Cudd was booked into the Bell County Jail on Oct. 19, 2024, and was being held on Thursday with no bond listed.
