AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) - Community basketball event, Juice Hoops, is returning for it's third year.

The event is happening on Saturday, August 30th at Aiken First Baptist and will feature vendors, music, scholarship giveaways and high school alumni basket players from around the area.

To find out more about the event we sat down with one of the organizers, C.Y. Young about the event.

What is Juice Hoops?

"It's a tournament, shout out to Neek Parker, that's my partner, we did this together, we're doing a basketball tournament for the South Carolina side of the CSRA. This Saturday, 10 a.m., we're starting with the Carolina side of the CSRA. We're going to have vendors, a lot of good food, music, and charity events going on."
