Three US carriers have narrowbody flights to Europe: Delta Air Lines, JetBlue, ( which is seeking legal action to obtain Lisbon slots ), and United Airlines ( see which of its Boeing 737 MAX routes are among the longest ). American Airlines flew its now-retired 757s to Europe until late 2019. Starting in 2026, it'll use its Airbus A321XLRs across the pond .
Delta has by far the smallest operation of the current US users. Two routes exist: Detroit and Minneapolis to Keflavik . Even then, single-aisle flights are minimal. According to Cirium Diio data, the SkyTeam member has just 3% of US operators' services in 2025 , influenced by none running during the winter. In contrast, it is 49% for JetBlue and 48% for United.
