LAS VEGAS ( FOX5 ) — CVS says it is unable to offer COVID-19 vaccines in three states, including Nevada.

CVS Pharmacy says its locations in Nevada, Massachusetts and New Mexico are “currently unable to offer COVID-19 vaccines at pharmacies.” Officials say CVS is waiting to receive the updated 2025-26 COVID-19 vaccines in the coming days.

“We’ll administer FDA-authorized COVID-19 vaccines in states where legally permitted at CVS Pharmacy and/or MinuteClinic to meet our patients’ needs,” CVS says.

FOX5 reached out for more information from the Southern Nevada Health District on the COVID-19 vaccines. Officials redirected us directly to CVS.
