COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL)- We are tracking scattered showers for your Friday Night Football forecast. No severe weather is expected but some pockets of moderate-heavy rain is possible.

Labor Day Weekend: Chances for rain will linger for the beginning of Labor Day weekend. However, we are on track to see more sunshine in time for Labor Day. Temperatures will sit in the lower 80s Saturday, but will warm back into the upper 80s Monday.

Next Week: Unfortunately, the showers are expected to roll back into the forecast by the middle of the week next week. Readings will keep heating into the upper 80s by Friday.
