Texas quarterback Arch Manning is receiving a ton of hype heading into the 2025 college football season.

The first-year starter is the Heisman favorite as the year gets underway and is a popular choice to be the No. 1 overall pick in the NFL Draft, whether he comes out in 2026 or 2027.

ESPN analyst Jordan Rodgers sees the potential with Arch Manning, but he also believes that the redshirt sophomore is being overhyped heading into Saturday’s season opener at Ohio State .
