LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - Louisville police have announced the arrest of a teen boy in connection to a south Louisville woman’s groping.

WAVE News s poke with the victim after the time of the incident. Jan Fletcher’s home doorbell camera captured the video that showed someone asking her strange questions before inappropriately touching and rubbing on her backside.

Police said Friday, Aug. 29, that they arrested a 13-year-old who they believed groped Fletcher. He was charged with third-degree sex abuse.

“We hope this arrest relieves some of the fear and embarrassment the innocent woman suffered,” LMPD said in a Facebook post .
