"There is always hope ... there is always hope. And for me my faith has kept me strong," says Chef Michael Adams as he reflects on the 20th Anniversary of Hurricane Katrina.

Adams, like many other families, lost everything in Hurricane Katrina. He recalls he had just bought a new home and was beginning to settle in. He and his former wife were celebrating new business opportunities.

Adams says he fled to his sibling's home in Chattanooga after Hurricane Katrina devastated New Orleans. He says when he returned, his home was badly damaged.
