A heat advisory was issued Friday for Los Angeles and Ventura counties. The advisory will be in effect through the weekend and into next week on Sept. 2, according to officials.
Areas affected include Calabasas, Agoura Hills, Santa Clarita Valley, Los Angeles Inland Coast, West Santa Monica Mountains, East
