Two London residents face charges after police seized a loaded gun, ammunition, drugs and cash during a search of an east-end residence.

Police said they searched a residence in the area of Egerton and Grafton streets, north of Hamilton Road, on Aug. 21 and seized:

A loaded Colt 1927 .45 calibre handgun with five rounds of live ammunition

50 rounds of .45 calibre ammunition, 41 rounds of 9mm ammunition, and 31 rounds of .40 calibre ammunition.

Four 9mm over-capacity magazines

138 grams of suspected cocaine, seven grams of suspected crack cocaine, and 11 grams of suspected psilocybin

A cellphone and $2,000 in Canadian currency.

A 46-year-old woman and and 23-year-old man, both from London were charged, police say.
