SENECA COUNTY, Ohio — A notice of violation was issued this week to WIN Waste Innovations of Seneca County for "ongoing noncompliance issues," the Seneca County General Health District said Friday.

According to the health department, the noncompliance issues include:

failure to control litter

failure to maintain cover

failure to implement disposal restrictions

failure to implement dust control

failure to implement access limitation

The health department said the violations were found by SCGHD inspectors during inspections spanning from January through July.

"WIN Waste must now submit a written corrective plan within 7 days of the issuance of the violation that details the steps that will be taken to prevent the recurrence of the violations," the health department said in a press re
