BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ( WBRC ) - THE NEXT 24 HOURS : The chances of any rain tonight are slim, but there could be a few showers around for the weekend. Overnight lows will be in the middle to upper 60s.
LABOR DAY WEEKEND : The forecast has trended drier for the holiday weekend as a front remains stalled over south Alabama. This will be the main focal point for all the wet weather. We will have a mix of clouds and sunshine, and plan for warmer afternoons in the mid to upper 80s. Lows at night will remain in the 60s. We will keep a small 20% chance of a pop-up shower in the forecast for the afternoon, mainly for areas south of the I-20 corridor through Monday.
