A Scots man has revealed how a routine health check uncovered a life-threatening illness. ‌

In 1997, 42-year-old engineer Bill McGugan had been feeling unusually tired, reports Glasgow Live. ‌

He didn’t think much of it, but when he was promoted at in his job as an engineer, his employer sent him for a medical that found he had a rare cancer . ‌
