A Plymouth woman has shared how losing her sister pushed her to lose weight and live a healthier life. When Kerry Harris walked back into her local Slimming World group, she knew she had reached a turning point.

Years earlier, she had achieved something she never thought possible, losing four stone and proudly reaching her target weight.

But after leaving the group, life’s pressures crept in, old habits returned, and so did the pounds. With the weight came a dip in confidence, health problems, and the feeling that everyday life was becoming harder.
