Page enjoyed its most significant win in several years when it knocked off Northwest Guilford to snap a three-game losing streak in the series.

“The kids having fun playing football,” Page coach Caylon Hann said. “There was a lot of excitement out there. There was excitement on the sidelines, excitement before the game, just seeing those kids have fun and play for each other. We had two quarterbacks play tonight and to see those guys clap for each other, root for each other. We had three running backs touch the ball tonight, clap for each other, root for each other and that is what football is about.”
