Sault Theatre Workshop wants the show to go on despite some pressing challenges.
STW, formed in 1948, faces limited cash and finding actors for its productions. A committee was formed in the spring to consider the options of the group’s home of more than 25 years, the Studio Theatre on Pittsburg Avenue.
“ As far as the group’s future, the plan is to keep putting one foot in front of the other for as long as possible,” said president Bobbi Gasparaelli in an email to The Sault Star.
A status update of STW, and its building will be shared at an annual general meeting Sept. 9. Start time is 7 p.m. at Studio Theatre.
Other meeting business includes a financial report, motions to change bylaws “to streamline and modernize” some board positions and the election of some executive board member
