The family of a man who was killed after a stabbing in Manchester have issued a heart-warming tribute. Kailem Reece Gibson, 28, died this morning (August 30) after police were called to reports of a stabbing in Gilmerton Drive, Newton Heath the previous evening.

Tributes have been flooding in on social media for the 28-year-old dad and an online fundraiser has been set up to help with funeral costs. The family have paid their own tribute to their 'deeply loved son, brother, father, boyfriend, nephew cousin and friend'.

It comes after two men were arrested in relation to the incident with a murder investigation underway. They remain in custody.
