PERE MARQUETTE TWP., MI - A man was arrested Thursday night after allegedly driving while intoxicated, hitting two vehicles including a police car and fleeing police at speeds up to 100 miles per hour.

The driver, 21-year-old Trayce Tate of Hart, was arrested and has been arraigned on charges of a third offense of operating while intoxicated, a second offense of fleeing and eluding and for damaging property, according to a press release.
