The City of St. John’s is beginning the process of developing new neighbourhood plans for the Rennie’s River, the central section, and Mundy Pond areas.

Councillor Maggie Burton says it’s important that residents and businesses provide input so that they can strike a balance between welcoming future growth while honouring history and meeting the needs of the community.

The central and Mundy Pond areas are being studied together due to their proximity.

Feedback will be collected until September 28, and the findings will be shared with the public prior to the development of the final neighbourhood plans.
