A house that sold for $2.5 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Hillsborough in the past week.

The area saw a total of 15 residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $811,233, or $423 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Aug. 18 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
