A talented teenager who lost his life along with two other boys in a car crash has been described as a “terrific footballer” in a heartfelt tribute from his football club. ‌

Jordan Cameron died after the accident on the A830 between Mallaig and Arisaig . Emergency crews were called to the scene following reports of a white Ford Fiesta having left the road at around 11.15pm on Thursday, August 28. ‌

Fergus Ward and Lewis Knox also passed away, the trio tragically pronounced dead at the scene. ‌

Jordan was part of Fort William Football Club's title-winning Under-18 side last season and also played for the reserve team in the West Highland League after coming through the youth system.
